Project Quality Inspector

Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager
Purpose of Position: Support Quality Manager with the implementation of QC programmes and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding and contributing to the preparation of PCL/PQR/SDR as required.
- Participate in Criticality Assessment meetings and support the provision of Quality inputs to the CR process.
- Support CET and POMT in resolving quality issues under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining the Criticality Assessment Register.
- Provide support to the technical team in addressing quality-related matters during the TBE Process.
- Review Supplier / Sub-Suppliers Quality documentation under guidance.
- Receive NOIs and support the execution of inspections.
- Assist in coordinating QC Inspectors as directed.
- Communicate and coordinate with inspection agencies when required.
- Participate in QC inspections and ensure verification, validation, and testing through witnessing equipment tests.
- Assist in reviewing, commenting on, and distributing inspection reports.
- Support the completion of punch list items.
- Assist in raising, investigating, and reporting Non-Conformance Reports.
- Support the review and agreement of Supplier Deviation/Concession Requests from a quality perspective.
- Act as a communication link between the Company and Suppliers
- Provide assurance of HSE requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits when required.
- Assist in lessons learned reviews and risk and opportunity assessments.
- Contribute Quality input to the R1T Programme.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
Experience, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality inspection within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO.
- Knowledge at an intermediate user level of MS Office and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).

Specialist, Quality Assurance

Purpose of Position: Support Quality Manager with the implementation of Quality programmes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company’s HSE and Quality requirements.
- Conduct and assist in organizing internal audits in line with the audit plan.
- Support the maintenance of the audit findings/observations register and coordinate follow-ups with action owners.
- Assist the Quality Manager in managing internal CARs, including documentation, tracking, and supporting corrective actions.
- Provide support to the Quality Manager in developing and updating procedures.
- Support Senior Quality Specialist in the implementation of the VerifEye program.
- Maintain the Lessons Learned and Risk Registers, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.
- Support the execution of the R1T Programme.
- Provide Quality Assurance inputs to the Criticality Assessment Register
- Contribute to PCL/PQR/SDR reviews with Quality Assurance support.
- Review bidder RFP questionnaires and related documentation.
- Support Quality inputs for the BEP Summary Matrix.
- Participate in supplier meetings as required.
- Engage in CET Meetings to provide quality-related inputs.
- Work with the technical team to assist in resolving quality-related concerns during the TBE process.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
Specific responsibilities:
- Ensure suppliers comply with client requirements
Experience, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the Oil&Gas, Construction or Manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Lead Auditor ISO9001:2015 certificate.
- Strong knowledge of ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO19011:2018 standards.
- Experience in conducting and leading audits and managing CAR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Quality Management Software.
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
- Strong Analytical, leadership and communication skills.
