Junior Logistics Specialist

Job responsibilities:
- Receiving orders for logistics services and establishing initial contact with sellers
- Calculation of shipping and other costs based on orders
- Organizing foreign transportation works,
- Establishing relationships with partner companies and individuals necessary for the organization of transportation work,
- Control the transportation process from beginning to end,
- To organize the insurance of transported goods depending on the client’s request.
- Organization of documents necessary for customs clearance and delivery of documents to the customs representative.
- To participate in the preparation of Contracts for logistic services.
- Participate in the preparation of invoices for logistics services and make their payments
- Other functions assigned by management on logistics services
Required qualifications:
- Higher education (finance, customs, business management and accounting is preferred)
- Mathematical analytical ability
- Ability to work freely in MS Office programs (especially MS Excell).
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English)
- Knowledge of Tax and Customs is an advantage
- Experience in the field of logistics is considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, open to creative and innovative approaches
- Customer communication and relationship management skills
- Work schedule: Full time 5 days a week from 09:00 to 18:00
- Contract period: 6 months (Maternity leave cover)

Job responsibilities:
- Execute daily works related to the Human Resources Department
- Carrying out work related to recruitment and termination of employment
- Preparation of documents related to leave, illness, and dismissal of the employee
- Preparation of employment contracts and appendices to contracts
- Preparation of documents and processing in relevant systems
- Receipt and forwarding of employee applications
Required qualifications:
- Higher education
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Basic knowledge of the labor code
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Skills to jointly manage multiple priority issues
- Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving
- Skilled Microsoft Office user
